Come on out and train with us!
Visitor mat fees aren’t our favorite but as a Not for Profit serving the community, a small mat fee helps us keep operating. We believe the training we provide delivers outstanding value and are SURE that you will have a good time!
For locals who can’t commit to one class per week, you can use a drop in mat fee too.
Monday 6pm-7:30 GI open mat till 8ish
Wednesday 6pm-7:30 NOGI open mat till 8ish
Friday 5:30pm-7:00 NOGI open mat till 8ish
Sunday 10am-12pm NOGI
