Join coach Rebecca Verlaan, coach and competitor at Rossland Martial Arts, for a no pressure introduction to standing grappling exchanges. This will be a games based session scaled to your comfort and experience. No crashing to the ground necessary! The reality of self defense for women often comes down to staying on your feet (not falling down) or getting back up off the ground. Whether your interest is general, competitive or self defense, this is a great place to start!
